SAN ANTONIO – A billboard on I-10 is getting a lot of attention in San Antonio.
Paul Massey said State Farm Insurance "was not there like a good neighbor" after he received a homeowner's settlement he claims was not enough to properly fix his floors after the dishwasher flooded his house.

Massey used the $5,800 of the $6,000 he received from State Farm and bought a billboard that reads: "Hey State Farm, I didn't think my home owner's settlement was fair. So, I used your $ to rent this board and found a new insurance provider."
Massey told News 4 San Antonio that his friends laughed about it, and that he told State Farm he was going to buy the billboard.
"I told them I was going to warn my neighbors about their claims process. I guess I should have told them how many neighbors I was going to warn," Massey said.
News 4 San Antonio reached out to the insurance provider, but they did not comment due to the customer privacy issues.
