MISSOURI CITY, Texas – A man shot himself in a grocery store parking lot after he was thrown out of a pub on Tuesday, police said.
Missouri City police said a man ran out of Bogie's Pub & Grill, 2803 Dulles Ave., and fired shots at a car.
The manager of the pub said employees had just told the man to leave.
Police were called and the man went to a nearby HEB at 4724 state Highway 6. Investigators said the man shot himself in the parking lot.
A medical helicopter was sent to the scene to take the man to Memorial Hermann Hospital His name and condition have not been released.
Officials have not said why the man became angry at the pub.
