GALVESTON – Walt Disney Cruises sail back into Galveston Friday after a two-year hiatus.
The Disney Wonder will sail from the Port of Galveston to the Western Caribbean and the Bahamas. Ports of Call include Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Key West and Falmouth Jamaica.
Mortgage rates are spiking ahead of the possible interest rate hike in December.
The 30-year fixed average jumped to 3.87 percent, up from 3.76 percent a week ago. That's the biggest one-week spike since June. The 15-year fixed rate loan climbed to 3.09 percent, according to Freddie Mac.
