MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Montgomery County Hospital District CEO Randy Johnson will update board members about a vaccination error Tuesday.
Johnson said vaccines were stored incorrectly at the wrong temperature. Two employees are no longer with the clinic after the error.

Anyone who received the vaccine has been alerted and will need to get another one. The health department will spend an extra $70,000 for revaccinations.
