Authorities said Diaz-Juarez was one of the most violent individuals in the organization. He is the only remaining fugitive in the case.

Diaz-Juarez is accused of forcing undocumented Mexican women and children to perform sex acts at the brothels, bars and cantinas owned and operated by his co-conspirators. Investigators said the crimes happened over a 14-year period, from 1999 to 2013.

Crime Stoppers of Houston and the FBI are offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information about Diaz-Juarez's whereabouts. If you have information, call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous.
