Tarik Horton, 40, was killed in December 2013. The Harris County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to contact them.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in the case of a man's murder last December.

Authorities found 40-year-old Tarik Horton in the 1000 block of Cypresswood Drive and determined he had been shot.

His body was discovered around 5 a.m. Saturday Dec. 14, 2013.

Officials say they believe that Horton, also known as "Big T," was killed between 1:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. He was last seen at 1 a.m. leaving the Time Out Bar #4 at 15135 North Freeway.
