FRIENDSWOOD, Texas – A former Friendswood Police Department officer has been charged with indecency with a child, according to authorities.
Jeffrey Miles Kimball, 31, was an officer at the time the crime took place Feb. 21, according to authorities.

Kimball is accused of touching the breast of a person younger than 17.
Kimball was terminated by the department April 20.
