Flasher exposes himself to joggers at park

Man seen in T.C. Jester Park several times

HOUSTON – Neighbors are warning each other as police are on the lookout for a flasher who has been seen targeting people in a northwest Houston park.

According to residents, the man has exposed himself in the T.C. Jester Park, 4201 T.C. Jester West, on numerous occasions over the course of several months.

Residents said the flasher tends to strike in the early morning hours, when joggers visit the park.

According to police, the man covers his face with a shirt, hooded sweatshirt or another article of clothing while exposing the lower half of his body.

Police do not have a good description of the suspect.

One witness described the man as Hispanic or white, in his 20s or 30s and 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall.
