HOUSTON – Firefighters were called to a nursing home after a fire sparked early Wednesday morning.
Investigators said the flames started at the Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on West Road. Firefighters received reports that a stove in the nursing home caught fire around 12:45 a.m.

Fire crews managed to quickly contain the flames.
No residents were hurt, and the building wasn't damaged in the fire.
