HOUSTON – The Eastex Freeway inbound ramp to the 610 North Loop eastbound has reopened after an overturned 18-wheeler shut it down for nearly three hours Thursday morning.
TxDOT said the big rig was carrying furniture and flipped on its side at around 9:10 a.m. Thursday.

Crews eventually got the truck upright and the ramp re-opened shortly before noon.
