A cold New Year's Eve in Houston, low chance of rain

HOUSTON –  If you go out to celebrate New Year's Eve you should prepare to bundle up because of temperatures in the upper 30's.

There is a 20 percent chance of rain tonight, but most of the rain is expected to come on Friday night and into Saturday.

Today's high is expected to be 48 degrees this afternoon.
