GRRENSPOINT, – A bystander was shot Tuesday in the midst of a shootout in Greenspoint.
Police said two men were arguing in the parking lot of an apartment complex around around 11 p.m. on Wayforest at Greens Road. One of the men pulled out a gun to shoot the other, but the intended target ducked and the bullet hit an innocent bystander in the leg, police said.

That man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police said the shooter got away.
It is unclear if any arrests were made or charges will be filed against the other two men.
