A look inside home where boy, 5, was allegedly starved

Investigators: Boy was forced to live in closet

SPRING, Texas – For the first time we're able to see inside the Spring home where 5-year-old Jordan allegedly lived with his father, stepmother and stepsiblings. Investigators said it's also where he was deprived of food and forced to live under the stairs in a closet.

Dr. Phil McGraw had exclusive access to the home. Lawyers for Jordan's stepmom, Tammi Bleimeyer, took McGraw on a tour and showed him the closet.

Bleimeyer's lawyers said their client did not harm Jordan.

"This child has been abused and neglected but not by Tammi," they said. Bleimeyer is out of jail on bond.

McGraw questioned the condition of the home and the bedroom where Bleimeyer's lawyers claim the little boy really slept.

"Has this room been painted since the allegations have been made? Cause it's still masked off," McGraw said.

Bleimeyer's lawyer said she knew nothing about it.

"They're trying to make the house look better, as well as the closet area," said Frank Mann, the attorney for Jordan's biological mom, Windy Hall. "There's no way that house could look like it was, they cleaned it up of course."

Mann told Local 2 the little boy is thriving in his new environment, living with his great-aunt and seeing his mom every day.

"He's gaining weight, looking better, he's interacting, going to the park and spending a lot of time together," Mann said. "I anticipate my client will get full possession of the child in the near future."
