LA PORTE, Texas – Two women were arrested Wednesday after a vice-related investigation by the La Porte Police Department.
Massage therapists Hui Jiang, 49, and Guizhi Chen, 35, were charged with misdemeanor prostitution as a result of the investigation.

Jian Cao, the owner of the Jing Day Spa in the 1300 block of West Fairmont Parkway, was summoned to appear in court on two counts of failing to notify about changes in employment for new employees.
Due to the violations, the Jing Day Spa may lose its permit to operate a massage business within the city.
