2 suspects sought in armed robbery at Houston bakery

HOUSTON – Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office have released surveillance video of two suspects who robbed a west Harris County bakery.

It happened on May 19 at the Jolly Jolly Bakery in the 6700 block of State Highway 6 south.

When the suspects walked into the bakery, police said one of them asked about a job application.

He then pulled out a gun and ordered the clerk to open the register.

The clerk opened the register and the suspect took the money in the cash drawer.

A second suspect also grabbed two donation jars from the counter.

Both men then fled to a black Dodge Charger and drove off in an unknown direction.

The first suspect, is described as a black male 25 to 30 years of age, stocky build, 5 foot 8 and weighing close to 200 pounds.

The second suspect is described as a light colored male, a very thin build, about 5 foot 4 and wearing light clothes.
