Prep Time: 5 Minutes
1 package green beans, rinsed
1-2 tablespoons Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
¼ cup onion, chopped
Boil green beans in water for 4-5 minutes or until beans are bright green and tender.
Rinse beans in cold water.
Heat skillet to medium high. Add oil and onion. Until onions are transparent.
Add beans and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add bacon jam. Stir beans until lightly coated with jam.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
