Tracking Tropical Storm Cindy

We wake up Wednesday to temperatures in the high 70s with 88 percent humidity. We’ll reach a high of 90 by the afternoon.

Rain is expected along the coast later in the afternoon as Tropical Storm Cindy makes its way to land.

The brunt of the storm is expected to peak Wednesday evening into Thursday with 2 to 3 inches of rain.

We’ll see higher wind gusts but nothing damaging.

Tornado watches have been issued from Louisiana to Florida. The risk of a tornado in the Houston area is low.
