Today’s Forecast:
Today, it’s all about the warm weather as we start your work week! The southerly wind is also helping keep temperatures above average with the help of an upper-level high-pressure system to the west of Texas.
The average temperature for March is 75 degrees, and thanks to the heat dome, our highs will be way above average - some days nearing records. We have a slight drop in temps on Saturday, but we’re still at average.
Rain on the way?
This week, Houston stays bone dry! No rain reaches us until an incoming trough weakens our upper-level high pressure. This will allow for rain chances to increase by the first week of April.
Your Extended Forecast:
Saturday, a cool front arrives, and temperatures drop closer to average, with rain chances to follow.
