Saturday afternoon:
A red flag warning is in effect from noon to 9 p.m. During this time, expect west winds from 15 to 25 with gusts up to 30 mph. Humidity levels dropping to a dry 10% to 19%. These conditions increase the risk of a rapid fire spread if a fire does start.
