Fire danger in Houston Saturday

Saturday morning:

HOUSTON – A lot is changing with our weather Saturday. We’ll start with a line of rain, possibly thunderstorms, moving through between 5:00 and 8:00 am. Saturday afternoon:

A red flag warning is in effect from noon to 9 p.m. During this time, expect west winds from 15 to 25 with gusts up to 30 mph. Humidity levels dropping to a dry 10% to 19%. These conditions increase the risk of a rapid fire spread if a fire does start.
