Patchy early morning fog will dissipate shortly after sunrise. Under partly cloudy skies temperatures will climb from near 70 degrees in the morning to the mid-80s by late afternoon.
A stiff breeze will build by the afternoon, too. The wind will be out of the south at 10 to 20 miles per hour with higher gusts. Perfect conditions for the fourth annual Hermann Park Conservancy Kite Festival!
