Tuesday's forecast: Morning rain, chilly afternoon

HOUSTON – The rain will continue to fall during the morning commute and could be with us through noon. 

Temperatures on Tuesday start out cold but will warm into the mid 40s, just like Monday.

The good news is our afternoon skies will begin to clear and we'll be done with the rain through the holiday weekend. 

Temperatures Wednesday morning will be freezing with the clear skies.
