Patchy fog in southeast Texas, severe weather risk north of Houston

Patchy fog is impacting visibility in parts of southeast Texas this morning. The fog is expected to mix out late morning as southerly winds increase throughout the day. A storm system moves in from the west, bringing a low severe weather threat to areas north of Houston.
