Guam governor gives all-clear after Typhoon Mawar uproots trees, knocks out power

Guam Gov Lou Leon Guerrero said the US territory was in the clear on Thursday, May 25, after Typhoon Mawar, which regained strength as it left the region, battered the island on Wednesday.
