Government shutdown countdown

With no agreement in sight, it appears the government is headed for a shutdown this Saturday night. House Speaker McCarthy said he will bring a continuing resolution up for a vote, that includes money for border security. That comes after the Senate made movement on its own CR. But both bills face stiff opposition. This possible shutdown could have an impact on the 2024 Presidential race. NBCs Alice Barr is live on Capitol Hill with details.
