Missing Kalie Goodwin believed to be dead. Cops push for murder charge

Missing Baytown woman, Kalie Goodwin, is believed to be dead after police say she was kidnapped for ransom 2 years ago. Quan Flowers was indicted on an aggravated kidnapping charge in Harris County this week. Baytown Police say they are pushing for murder charges. Flowers has been in jail the past 2 years for allegedly killing a different woman.
