Entergy says it is prepared for hurricane season after Tropical Storm Arthur brings heavy rain

As Tropical Storm Arthur moved through Southeast Texas, bringing periods of heavy rain and localized flooding, Entergy Texas officials say the company was prepared and is already looking ahead to the rest of hurricane season.
