Stress Awareness Month

April is Stress Awareness Month, and while stress is something we all experience, many people don’t realize when it starts to impact their mental and physical health. Knowing the difference between everyday stress and something more serious can make a big difference in getting the right support. Krystin Holmes, a licensed family and marriage therapist with The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, joins KPRC 2+ to help us better understand the signs of stress and what people can do to manage it.
