Authorities bust nearly $6M gift card tampering operation tied to Taiwan sibling suspects

Three people are facing first-degree felony charges in Hays County, Texas, after allegedly stealing thousands of gift cards including from stores around the Houston area in an attempt to tamper with them and wipe any balances, according to law enforcement officials.
