DNA leads to arrest in 'Lovers Lane' Houston cold case after 36 years

COLD CASE ARREST: After nearly 36 years, Floyd Parrott has been arrested and charged with capital murder in the slaying of a young Houston couple, Cheryl Henry and Andy Atkinson. It became known as the Lovers Lane Murders and a tip combined with DNA evidence led to Parrott's arrest in Nebraska by an FBI SWAT team.
