Texas Medical Board suspends Houston physician’s license after his arrest on child porn charge

The Texas Medical Board has suspended the license of a Houston doctor following his arrest on a possession of child pornography charge. An Q. Van was arrested on Feb. 12 for the state charge. Records show he posted an $80,000 bond and was released from jail but was arrested again on federal charges in March.
