Fiery speech by Menefee calling Green out for negative ads

In a speech to his supporters Congressman Christian Menefee called out his opponent Congressman Al Green, "Al Green you can tear us down but I'm going to build us up." As of 9 pm Tuesday, March 3rd Menefee is ahead of other challengers with Green in second. The two incumbents are running against each other after Republicans did a mid-decade redistricting, pushing Green out of the 9th Congressional District by making it Republican friendly.
