Protesters disrupt Houston City Council over ICE cooperation

Dozens of protesters filled Houston City Hall Tuesday night, demanding the city end all cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after nationwide outrage over recent ICE shootings in Minneapolis.
