Pearland Police arrest sex offender who has been in and out of jail

A sex offender who has been in and out of jail for nearly 3 decades on multiple indecent exposure charges was arrested for the same crime in Pearland, Tx this week. Damond Linsey has a new indecent exposure charge and police believe there are more victims out there.
