Houston-area midwife accused in abortion case missed payments for court-ordered GPS monitor

The Houston-area midwife facing charges for performing abortion and practicing medicine without a license in a historic Texas case has missed payments for a court-ordered GPS monitor, KPRC 2 learned in Waller County District Court on Wednesday.
