Harris County judge sets $3M bond for student accused of killing classmate at Baytown high school

A Harris County judge set bond at $3 million for an 18-year-old student charged with murder after prosecutors say he stabbed his 16-year-old classmate with scissors during a fight Wednesday morning at Ross S. Sterling High School in Baytown.
