Fort Bend County woman sounds the alarm as crumbling dirt road plagues historic cemetery

A Fort Bend County woman who spends her free time cleaning headstones at a historic Black cemetery in Richmond says the crumbling dirt road leading to the grounds is making it difficult and dangerous for families to visit and pay their respects.
