Accused Takeoff shooter gets new court date

Patrick Xavier Clark, accused in the killing of Migos rapper Takeoff, appeared in courtroom today. His pre-trial hearing was pushed to Jan. 8 for a pretrial conference. His attorney says no plea deals have been discussed, and if no agreement is reached, the case is headed for a jury trial. Clark continues to maintain his innocence.
