Houston Police release surveillance photos of person of interest in 16-year-old’s stabbing death

Houston Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest connected to the stabbing death of 16-year-old Franklin Torres-Concho. His body was found in September near the Katy Freeway-West Interstate Highway 10 service road.
