Local nurse recognized as 2025 National Magnet Nurse of the Year for Transformational Leadership

Morgan Fischer received the National Magnet Nurse of the Year for Transformational Leadership award for her work on expanding anti-human trafficking education at Texas Children’s Hospital. Out of 5 million nurses in the United States, she is one of only five nurses who received this prestigious award.
