Houston man says he was pepper-sprayed by masked agents during ICE operation

Before dawn on Halloween, families in southwest Houston say a federal operation left their neighborhood in chaos. Some were detained. Others watched in disbelief. Among them was Erik Cornejo, a lifelong Houstonian and U.S. citizen, who says masked agents surrounded him and sprayed him without warning.
