I-10 Katy Freeway lanes reopen after deadly Tesla crash

Two people killed after a Tesla rear-ended a Nissan near Taylor Street on I-10 Katy Freeway. Lanes have reopened. The Tesla driver faces intoxication manslaughter charges. Houston police continue investigating.
