Father Faces Judge as Investigation Continues Into Near‑Drowning on Family Property

This morning 61-year-old Domingo Quintana is scheduled to appear in Liberty County court at 9 a.m. Quintana was booked on an animal cruelty charge unrelated to the near-drowning that left his wife and three children pulled from a pond on the family property.
