Kingwood Man Charged with Killing His Wife Dies in Court Before Sentencing

 James Anderson, charged with shooting his wife in front of their 3-year-old son in 2023, ingested drugs in the courtroom while awaiting sentencing and was rushed to hospital. He was later pronounced dead.
