HISD Superintendent Mike Miles to Receive $173,660 Performance Bonus

HISD approved a $173,660 incentive bonus for Superintendent Mike Miles after releasing his 2024–25 evaluation; the district says his contract ties pay to results and he scored well on the leadership rubric, his $173,660 bonus is in addition to a $462,000 base salary.
