Pearland teen arrested after father found stabbed to death

On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at approximately 6:24 a.m., Pearland Police Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Sundown Drive in Pearland, Texas, in reference to a death investigation.   Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of an adult male, later identified as 43-year-old Willie Washington, inside one of the bedrooms of the home. Mr. Washington had sustained multiple stab wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
