Bill looking to ban THC in Texas examined during second special session

Previously, the Texas House and Senate passed SB3, which looked to ban the sale of all Hemp THC products across the state; however, Gov. Greg Abbott vetoed the bill, urging lawmakers instead to focus on regulation.
