Two Harris County Deputies Injured in Suspected Drunk Driving Crash

Two Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables are in the hospital after a major crash along the Sam Houston Tollway and Ella. The crash happened early this morning when deputies responded to reports of a man running down the freeway. After securing the man in a patrol vehicle, a suspected drunk driver crashed into one of the patrol units, causing a chain reaction that damaged three patrol vehicles.
