Federal Judge Dismisses Hair Discrimination Lawsuit Against Barbers Hill ISD

A nearly two-year legal battle between student Darryl George and Barbers Hill ISD has come to an end. On July 24, a federal judge dismissed the case in favor of the school district, meaning the case is permanently closed and George cannot file the same lawsuit again.
