Man arrested after pregnant mom killed, teen passenger hospitalized in head-on crash

A mother-to-be was killed Thursday evening after a crash in northeast Harris County and a man has been arrested, accused of fleeing the scene after rear-ending the woman’s vehicle and pushing it into oncoming traffic.
