Man Charged with Kidnapping Woman Waiting for Uber in West Houston

A man faced a judge today accused of kidnapping a woman as she waited for her Uber in West Houston. 57-year-old Luis Leon-Quesada is charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The incident occurred early Sunday morning outside the Flats on Tanglewilde Apartments on Tanglewilde Street.
